He was predeceased by: his parents, Cincinnati Mobley (Dicks) and William Charlton Mobley; and his brother Patrick "Pulpwood" Mobley. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Mobley of Macclenny; his children, Rick Mobley (Wendy) of Jefferson, Rhett Mobley of Macclenny, Jackie Willmott (Charles) of Macclenny, Reagan Mobley of Macclenny and Julie Benkoski (John) of Madison, Georgia; his sister Carolyn Conway of Amelia Island; and his grandchildren, Chase, Taylor, London, Stacey, William, Logan, Kendall, Katelin, Alissa and Leah.
