He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Abbie Stephens Cook and William Fountain Cook; his wife Arline Ruis Cook of Macclenny, FL.; his children, Lori Warner (Major Warner) of Woodstock, GA and Clay Cook (Cindy Cook) of Murfreesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Daniel Warner, Ashley Cook, WillWarner and Tyler Cook.
