He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Forbes and Myrtle Forbes (Surrency); and his nephew Michael Forbes. He is survived by : his wife Ruby "Irene" Forbes of Macclenny; and his nieces and nephews, Johnny Forbes, Debbie Forbes, Mary Forbes, Bobby Forbes and Douglas Forbes. He is also survived by close friends and neighbors.
