He was predeceased by: his brothers, Richard and Tony Floyd; his granddaughter Phoebe Hayes; his grandparents, Willard, Dub, Ruby Boland Floyd and Alfred S. Middleton; and his stepfather Denver Moore.
He is survived by: his parents, Charles Floyd (Clara) and Sharon Middleton Moore; his wife DeLila Floyd; his children, Michelle Morgan, Micahlah Roberts, Chelcy Foerman, Jordan and Connor Floyd; his grandchildren, Brighten, Michelle, Kayden, Landon, Andrew, Cassidy, Theodore, Zara, Harlan, Jack and Waylon; and his siblings, David Floyd (Summer), Ryan Floyd (Courtney), Ashley Hamberlin (Lawrence), Katie Rolston (Bart) and Kelly Reeves (Tommy). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
