She was predeceased by : her parents, Willie J. Mathis and Lydia Webb Mathis; her husband Donald Eugene Thomas; her brothers, Charles, James, Elvoy and Dalton Mathis; and her grandson Michael McIntosh (Gator).

She is survived by : her children, Donald Avery Thomas (Heather), Crystal Darlene Farnell (Wesley) and Donna Jean Thomas; her grandchildren, Charlotte McIntosh, Kaitlyn Farnell and Ethan Thomas; and her sister Linda Davis (Hural) of Live Oak. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
