She was predeceased by : her daughter Juniper Elaine Graves; and her brother Logan Graves. She is survived by : her parents, Seth Eugene Graves Jr. and Tammy Elaine Marshall Graves of Madison; her son Jase Molnar of Madison; her grandparents, Barbara Alvarez (Alfonso) and Wallace Humphrey of Madison; and her sister Tia Slater of Madison. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
