He was predeceased by : his parents, Vernon Adams and Mary Virginia Adams; and his siblings, Joe Adams, Chris Adams, Ginger Bullard and Elaine Mangold.

He is survived by : his wife Katherine Adams; his daughter Elizabeth Claypool (Vic) of Tallahassee, FL.; and his siblings, Paul Adams (Wanda) and Sandy Bochina (Edwin) of Madison. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
