He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul E. Gardner and Katherine Fitterer Gardner; his wife Harriet Jacqueline "Jackie" Wells; and his children, Rick, Stacye, Pat and Jackie.
Pat was very generous, donating to many causes and in lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made in Pat's honor to the Conservation Fund.
