He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul G. Folsom, Sr. and Helen Folsom. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Keylan, Emma, Dawson Snipes, Huntley, Wesley and Annley Jackson; his wife Annie Folsom of Jasper, FL; his daughters, Abby Stone (Keaton) of Jasper and Amber Jackson (Clifford) of Live Oak, FL; his siblings, Linda Susan Pearson, Paula Jean, Gladys Marie Perea, Jack William Griffith Sr., Linda Louise Arnold, Patricia Ann Griffith and Rosa Jane Perry; and his father-in-law Paul Ash. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 25th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joe P. Burns Funeral Home of Madison (323 Lake Shore Dr, Madison, FL 32340). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
