He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Rutherford and Grace Rutherford; and his brother Randy Rutherford. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Webb Rutherford; his children, Lucas Rutherford (Ashley), Ashley Tyler (Brian) and Allyce Havard (Daniel); his grandchildren, Addie, Amelia, Jake, Beau, Clara and Carley; his sister Debra Perides; and his nieces, Lindsey Bembry and Kristen Tuten. He is also survived by his family, friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to First Baptist Church's Awana program.
