He is survived by: his wife Teresa Webb Rutherford; his children, Lucas Rutherford (Ashley), Ashley Tyler (Brian) and Allyce Havard (Daniel); his grandchildren, Addie, Amelia, Jake, Beau, Clara and Carley; his sister Debra Perides; and his nieces, Lindsey Bembry and Kristen Tuten. He is also survived by his family, friends.
