He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Fulford Blair and Sadie Sands Blair; and his siblings, Brenda E Blair Baker and Dale M. Blair. He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Andrews Blair; his daughter Paige Michele Blair Peavy (Opie Peavy); his grandsons, Lane Blair Peavy (Logan Dawkins Peavy) and Joseph Delbert "JD" Peavy; his great grandchild Tuff Lane Peavy; his brothers, Hugh Wetzel Blair (Marilyn) of Madison, Florida, Gwenn Morgan Blair (Susan) of Madison, Florida and Clay Andrew Blair (Donna) of Madison, Florida; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Lamar Andrews (Cathy) of Daytona Beach, William H. Andrews (Shirley) of Madison and Butch Baker. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Beggs Madison Chapel (235 NW Orange Ave, Madison, FL 32340). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fellowship Baptist Church of Madison, Florida (1997 NE Colin Kelly Hwy, Madison, FL 32340).
