He is survived by: his wife Martha Jane Andrews Blair; his daughter Paige Michele Blair Peavy (Opie Peavy); his grandsons, Lane Blair Peavy (Logan Dawkins Peavy) and Joseph Delbert "JD" Peavy; his great grandchild Tuff Lane Peavy; his brothers, Hugh Wetzel Blair (Marilyn) of Madison, Florida, Gwenn Morgan Blair (Susan) of Madison, Florida and Clay Andrew Blair (Donna) of Madison, Florida; and his brothers-in-law, Paul Lamar Andrews (Cathy) of Daytona Beach, William H. Andrews (Shirley) of Madison and Butch Baker. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
