He is survived by: his wife Nancy Andersen; his children, John David Andersen (Kristina) and Jaynee Lynn Thompson (Ryan); his grandchildren, Cheyenne Tiger, Thomas Thompson, Elin Andersen, Luke D. Thompson, Wolfgang Andersen, Jenna Thompson and Joseph Thompson; and his sister Sheroll Mamer.
