We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2025, at the age of 89, Julio Cesar (Maitland, Florida) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Julio may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julio Cesar Merino Pereira and Aurora Merino Quevedo. He is survived by: his son Eric; his wife Carlota Merino; his children, Julio, Will and Monica (late Eric); and his grandchildren, Julie, Stephanie, Alessandra, Wil-André and Adrian.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the DeGusipe Funeral Home & Crematory (9001 N Orlando Ave, Maitland, FL 32751). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
