He is survived by: his wife Glenda Winkle; his stepdaughters, Kristi Garrett, Melinda Baxter (Michael) of Grand Ridge, FL and Crystal Mathis (Randall) of Pensacola, FL; his siblings, Tommy Winkle of Panama City, FL, Gloria Ebert (Dennis) of Ohio, Vickie Winkle (Charles) of Tennessee and Yvonne Ulloa (Tony) of Texas; and his grandchildren, Marissa Chrestman (Colt), McLane Baxter, Haylee Brooke Mathis and Taylor Reese Mathis. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
