She was predeceased by : her father Hayes Lewis Ham; and her grandparents, Russell, Stella Shoemaker, Lewis Ham and Eula Mae Ham Dekle.
She is survived by : her mother Ruth Shoemaker Ham; her close friend Monica Bolin; her children, Payton Bolin and Lance Corporal Alex Mathews; and her siblings, Kimberly Ham King (Steven) and Marcus Ham (Karen). She is also survived by her aunts, uncles and cousins.
