He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley; his parents, W. B. Floyd and Mamie Lee Floyd; and his brothers, Marvin Lewis Floyd and James Floyd.
He is survived by: his sons, Holt (Scarlett Floyd), Hank (Lisa Floyd) and Jamie (Kim Floyd); his sister Ann (Larue McWaters); his sister-in-law Elsie Howarth; his friend Dorothy Long of Cottonwood, AL.; his grandchildren, Kacee Floyd, Kayla Floyd, Karlee Floyd (Dillon), Harrison Floyd (Ruby), Caroline Floyd, Storm Floyd (Baylie), Spencer Floyd (Mikaelin), Megan Hobbs, Gannon Baxter (Crystal) and Lindsey Kepner (Jonathan); and his great grandchildren, Kamdyn Tew, J. C. Pittman, Hailey Hobbs, Gracie Hobbs, Harvey Burnsed, Hayes Floyd, Kash Kepner, Cori Kepner, Grayson Baxter and Boddie Floyd.
