He is survived by: his wife Frances; his daughter Christina Mulligan; his grandchildren, Kevin, Krista, Victoria, Nicholas and Selena; his brother Frank X. Mulligan, Jr.; his nieces, Melissa Kutz and Michelle Haney; his nephew Frank X. Mulligan, III; his great-nieces, Bridget, Abigail and Lucy; and his great-nephew Reece.
