He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kreye and Frances Kreye; his parents-in-law, Ethel and William Sanford; his son Steve Donald; his brother Richard Kreye; and his in-laws, Karen Kreye, Bernadine Kreye, Virgil Kreye, Robert Sanford, Elroy and Norma Sanford.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly Jean Sanford; his children, Jeff Kreye (Sherry), Julie Klecker (Don), Ellsworth, Tammy DesLauriers (Greg) and David Kreye (Barb) of New Richmond, WI.; his siblings, Robert Kreye, Sharon Bischel (Harold), Kenny Kreye (Mary) and Margie Gross (Al); his sister-in-law Reta Sanford; his grandchildren, Angela Shockey (Gabe), Bretton Kreye, Christy Bellstrom (Tom), Laura Klecker, Michael Klecker (Julie), Matthew Klecker (Carolyn), Sara Reis (Ty), Ally Stoffer (Jon), Jonathan Kreye (Cambell), Ivon Valentine, Anthony Levy (Joanne) and Triston Levy (Carolina); and his great grandchildren, Tristan, Nolan, Reagan, Jackson, Abigail, Emerson, Eric, Lucas, Colton, Luella, Laken, Sage, Jaqi, Julian, Alyvia, Arya, Giovanni and Ava.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and at 12:00 PM at the St. Francis Catholic Church (231 W Woodworth St, Ellsworth, WI 54011). A Mass will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the The Ridgetop (W10516 US-10, Prescott, WI 54021).
