He is survived by: his children, Elise Miller (Michael Miller) and Michael Wallack (Per Philsgard); his stepchildren, Judi Forman (Tom Dalton) and Richard Forman; his sister Joan; his close friend Herb Kessler; and his grandchildren, Joshua Miller Leah Miller (Sharon Miller) and Tilly Forlack (Jeremiah Eaton).
