He was predeceased by: his parents, Emily Loeger and William Bush; his wife Barbara Prigge; his daughter Tracy Ann; and his great grandchild Raegan Reese Hanscom.
He is survived by: his children, Will Prigge (Marilyn) and Crystal Foster (Stephen); his sister Mary Everitt (Edward); and his grandchildren, Stephen Foster (Danielle), Christopher Foster (Christine), Theresa Foster, Caitlyn Lima (Chris), Alexandra Iannotta (Sal), Hayden Hanscom (Ashley) and Lauren Buczko (Beau).
In addition, Louis was also part of the CERT team, Police Foundation, MIFR Foundation, and Christmas Island Style.
