He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Driscoll; his sister Nancy Sylvor; his sons, Andrew, Jeffrey, Joshua and Matthew; and his daughters-in-law, KC and Jennifer. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites those wishing to honor Tony's memory to support Avow Hospice via the Avow Foundation in Naples, Florida.
