He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Aleta (Jeff), Anita (Fran), Alane (Steve), Allison (Dan), Anne (Matt) and Tom; his parents, Thomas Astley Cooper and Elmira Betts Cooper; and his siblings, Keith (Hilma), Neil (Barbara), Priscilla (Fred) and Alane.
