He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Nicholas Maguire and Mary Estelle Colton. He is survived by: his wife Ruth; his daughters, Kerry Black (Chris) of Marco Island, FL and Amy Kilburg (Oliver) of Potomac, MD.; his brothers, Francis N. Maguire (Susan) of Liverpool, NY and John J. Maguire (Tahnyana) of Memphis, TN; and his grandsons, Brandon Black, Christopher Kilburg, Carter Kilburg and Jake Kilburg.
