She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara Lewis and Monroe Lewis. She is survived by: her boyfriend Andy Horne; her son Kevin Gallagher of Cary; her grandsons, James, Michael and Brian; her son Perry Anderson of Coconut Creek; her brother Richard Lewis (Emily) of Margate; her nieces and nephews, Kyle Lewis and Mark Smith; and her brother Claude Lewis of Michigan.
