He is survived by: his wife Elaine Bender; his daughters, Lori Bender Hicks, Lisa Kieffer (Nick) and Tammy Bender (Ronnie); and his siblings, Ruth Ann Spielman (Leo), Frances E. Hunnicutt, Lois Motzer (Chris) and Terrence L. Bender (Pat). He is also survived by six grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by planting a memorial tree in honor of Chuck's love for the outdoors.
