He is survived by: his wife Ann M. Hinkle; his daughters, Kellie Williamson (Johnny Joe) of Swansea, SC and Bambi Budkie-Hinkle of Cincinnati, OH; his stepdaughters, Roberta O'Neil (Tommy) of Richdale, NY and Joan Acken (Gerald) of Wingdale, NY; his grandchildren, Nina Davis and Tori Gray (Michael); his close friends, Jacob, Amber Hoover, Harry Sneads and Gary McIntosh Sr.; his parents, Luther Hinkle and Ethel Hinkle; his son Joey Dan Hinkle; and his sisters, Hazel Teague, Helen Arnold and Anne Hinkle. He is also survived by nine step-grandchildren and many step-great grandchildren.
