He is survived by : his brother Donald Hester; his daughter Catherine Keith (Justin); and his nieces, Rosanna Garrett (Josh), Elizabeth Hester-Pitts (Waylon) and Kimberly Smith (Greg). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great nieces and nephews.
