He is survived by: his wife Leigh Reddoch Beaulieu; his mother Marie Beaulieu; his children, Tiffany Keith (Chance), Katie Moore and Bryan Moore (Jordan); and his siblings, Donna Beaulieu Smith, Denise Beaulieu, David Beaulieu and Dalen Beaulieu. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
