It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doyle E. Stephens (Marianna, Florida), who passed away on May 15, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Riley Stephens and Ella Hamilton Stephens; his siblings, Miller Stephens, Ervin Stephens, Joe Stephens, Bill Stephens, Carlmore Stephens, Carl Stephens, Myrtle Gibson, Myrtice Howell, Lola Mercer, Mattie Lee Howell and Grace Stephens; and his son-in-law Howard G. Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Wright Stephens; his daughters, Carolyn Johnson, Marilyn Stephens and Lanora Roberts; his granddaughter Taylor Roberts; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Wright and Merle Stephens. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
