He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Barksdale and Carol Barksdale; and his daughter Tammy Walker. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Barksdale of Marianna, FL; and his children, Marvin Kinder (Sherry) of Marianna, FL, Tina Walker of Lake Placid, FL and Sabrina Kinder of Crossvillle, TN. He is also survived by fourteen grand-children and nine great grandchildren.
