She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Lumsden Newman and Earl Newman; and her husband David Owen. She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Owen and Patricia Michel; her brother-in-law Larry Dorsey; and her granddaughter Christine Michel. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
COVID 19 kept her from further travels, though she enjoyed the company of her friends and family in Marianna.
