He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell Howard; his siblings, Robert Howard and Priscilla Paxton; his son-in-law Bryan Kapusta; his grandchildren, Wade Kapusta, Shawn Kapusta, Eric Kapusta and Melissa (Jon Cornman); his great grandchildren, Patricia Kapusta, Allie Hayes, Myla Kapusta and Hunter Kapusta; his great great grandchild Clay Kapusta; his stepchildren, Cliff Sullivan (Wilma) and Lisa Hutchison (Thomas); and his stepgrandchildren, Lyan, Garrison, Katie and Kristin. He is also survived by two step-great-grandchildren, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, and friends.
