He is survived by: his wife Barbara June Parker Cooper; his siblings, Gary Cooper of Panama City, FL and Linda Cooper Wheeler of Albany, NY; and his children, Dwayne Cooper (Rhonda) of Lehigh Acres, FL, Christol Lott (Kevin) of Morganton, GA, Valerie Schimmelman (Chuck) of Marianna, FL and Pamela Bohnstedt of Blairsville, GA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
