She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lee McFarlin, Jr. and Louise Liddon McFarlin; her husband Ralph Hunter Daffin, Sr.; her son Ralph Hunter Daffin, Jr.; her close friend Leonard "Bud" Strength; and her son-in-law Thomas Cornell Wilkinson, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Louise Daffin Wilkinson and John McFarlin Daffin (Louise); her grandchildren, Katherine Daffin Smith (Tom), Louise Wilkinson Spivey (Tim), Thomas Cornell Wilkinson Jr., Ralph Hunter Daffin, III (Patrick), Edie Daffin Ramsey (Greg), Lee McFarlin Daffin (Marie), Elaine Daffin Freni (David) and Eleanor Daffin Lawson (Travis); her significant other English; and her pet Duke. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
