She was predeceased by : her parents, Charlie Mayo and Ella Medlock Mayo; her husband William Patterson; and her siblings, Carl Mayo, Genous Mayo (Dean), Charles Mayo (Jack), James Mayo (Katherine) and Marie Joiner (Willie).

She is survived by : her children, William Patterson (Gail) of Pace, FL, Robert Patterson (Linda) of Marianna, FL and Sharon Patterson of Malone, FL; her grandchildren, Phillip Perkins of Sacramento, CA and Amy Blackburn (William) of Panama City, FL; and her great grandchildren, Zach Perkins, Madison Blackburn, Shelby Blackburn and Peyton Blackburn. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
