He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Gustafson and Elsie Nelson Gustafson; his sons, Erik Gustafson and Robert Gustafson Hudson; his grandchildren, JC Thomas, II and Richie Thomas; and his sister Donna Mae Register (Johnny).
He is survived by: his wife Nonie Gustafson; his son Joseph Thomas (Marie); his granddaughter Sophia Rose Hudson; his brother Raymond Gustafson (Kitty); and his nieces and nephews, Karin Cabrera (Carlos), Linda Register, Sharon Headlee, Steven Register, Suzi Larson (Mike), Joni and Woot.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pilgrim Rest Assembly of God (3347 Pilgrim Rest Church Rd, Marianna, FL 32448). A funeral service will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 at the Vickery Cemetery (3025 Pilgrim Rest Church Rd, Marianna, FL 32448).
