She was predeceased by: her parents, Novelle Melvin Delaney and William C. Nobles; and her sister Donna Delaney Easterling. She is survived by: her sons, James Tate, Jr. (Dawn) of Duluth, Thomas D. Tate of Tampa and Jeffrey W. Tate (Carol) of Apex; her sister Beth Coulliette of Lynn Haven; and her aunt Lois M. McCallum of Marianna. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
