He is survived by: his wife Inez Harvey of Marianna; his children, Thomas Harvey, Jr. (Shirley) of Dothan, Alabama, Edward Harvey, Sr. (Janice), Marvin Harvey (Emma) of Tallahassee, Hatha D. Baraka (Raquel) and Sandra Cotton (Daryl) of St. Petersburg Beach; his stepson Vaschen Williams of Greenwood; and his sister Lizzie Harvey of Tallahassee, Florida..
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Vann Funeral Home (4265 St Andrews St, Marianna, FL 32448). The lying in state will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Second West Baptist Association Church (4110 Herring Ave, Marianna, FL 32448). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Tallahassee National Cemetery (5015 Apalachee Pkwy, Tallahassee, FL 32311).
