He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald K. Woltz and Julia Woltz (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Sheri A. Woltz (Pittman) of Mary Esther, FL; his children, Marcella E. Woltz of Mary Esther, FL and Jason Clark Woltz (Melissa) of Ocala, FL; his sister Lisa K. Woltz of Carlisle, PA; and his uncle Robert Woltz of Newville, PA.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
