Greta Shippee Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 23, 2026, at the age of 99, Greta Shippee of Mary Esther, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Marine (Spencer W. Shippee) of Rhode Island; and her sister Marta Kuhrer. She is survived by: her sister Gela Fickert; her children, Yvette (Carroll Shelton) and Dr. Steve Shippee (Tara Kirby); her grandchildren, Lowell Rust, Dr. Spencer Shelton, Tabbitha and Gabriel Manzanet; and her great grandchildren, Johann Rust and Adeline Shelton.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fresh Start for Children and Families in Fort Walton Beach, and Saint Mary's Catholic Parish.
