She is survived by: her children, Venita Pugh (Jimmy) of Mayo, Edward Lewis, Andrea Taver of Jacksonville, Alfonza Lewis of Live Oak and Calvin Burns of Milton, Florida; her godson Tyrese Fleming of Madison Florida; her siblings, Henry Cook (Brenda) of Monticello, Arthur Cook of Mayo, Florida, Derrie A. Burns of Mayo Florida and Linda Tucker (Walter) of Perry, Florida; and her stepbrother Cleve. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and sorrowing friends.
