She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Earl Irvin; her son Joey Irvin; her parents, Elvin Carmichael and Odessa Carmichael; and her siblings, Ray Carmichael, Edward Carmichael and Marilyn Wimberley.
She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Irvin (Debra) and Connie Myers (Mike). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
