She is survived by : her husband Ronald Phillips; her daughter Deborah Woods (George) of Tampa; her stepson Chad Phillips (Elizabeth) of Mayo; her grandchildren, Cameron Phillips, Courtney Phillips and Emma Revels; and her caregivers, Kim, Vonda, Yesenia and Pat.
