He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Webb and Thelma McMullen Webb; his siblings, Norris, Norman Webb and Vera Linda Shiver; his daughter Teresa; and his son-in-law Phil Hart.

He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Gordon and Christina Vann (John Levi); his granddaughters, Crystal Margison (Luke), Alexis, Macy and Molly Hamlin; his brother Jimmy Webb (Karen); and his sister-in-law Myra Webb. He is also survived by 3 great granddaughters.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Pleasant Grove Baptist Church of Mayo.
