It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah A. Koon in Mayo, Florida, born in Monticello, Florida, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon T. Sasser and Cora M Grant Sasser; and her siblings, Thelma Day, Frances Bishop and William Kenneth Sasser.
She is survived by: her sister Evelyn "Boots" Padgett. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
