He was predeceased by : his sister Mary Louise Harrell Langston (Reese); and his siblings-in-law, Fay Harrell and Maurice Dyer. He is survived by : his wife Margaret Lynn Duggar; and his siblings, Charles Harrell, Sara Duggar Dyer and Jeannie Duggar Causseaux (Pierce).

The family respectfully suggests that donations in Tommy's memory be made to Capital City Kiwanis Club, care of Joe Sanders, 2878 Mahan Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32308 or Meals on Wheels at Elder Care Services, 2518 West Tennessee St., Tallahassee, FL, 32304, where Margaret Lynn served as the First Executive Director in 1973.
