She was predeceased by: her parents, Arrie Pouncey and Frankie Pouncey; and her son Chad Gurr. She is survived by: her husband John Sessions; her siblings, David A. Pouncey and Diane P. Holton; her son Rhett Gurr; her cousin Joyce Pedrick; her grandchildren, Hunter, Rayna, Hannah, Charlie, Faye, Christopher Sessions and Joey Bray; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Land, Walter B. Sessions (Paula) and James Shiver.
