He was predeceased by: his parents, Will C Chaffee, Jr. and Pattie Lou Chaffee. He is survived by: his grandson Jesus; his wife Charlene Chaffee; his children, John Kozar, Hannah and Will C Chaffee IV "Chad"; his daughter-in-law Bethany; his grandsons, Will CV, Jonathon and Joseph; his daughter Jessica (Thomas Livesay); and his granddaughters, Dorothy and Grace.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Redeemer Church (190 S Roscoe Blvd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082). A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM at the same location.
