It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Wiggins of McDavid, Florida, who passed away on March 9, 2026, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Brenda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brenda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Alexander Simmons and Verna Mae Darby; her husband Jerry Darnell Wiggins; and her siblings, Billy Simmons, Wade Simmons, Linda Findley and Clyde Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Wiggins of McDavid, FL, Alicia Wiggins (Tony Godwin) of Brewton, AL and Sherry Wiggins Roley (Kenneth) of Davisville, FL; and her siblings, David Simmons of Jay, FL and Patricia "Patsy" Harrington (Arthur) of Louisiana. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
